If like me you have to use glasses, it can prove to be very frustrating when weary a mask as your glasses tend to fog up. Here is a great tip to stop this happening that is inexpensive and easy to do.

This actually can be really dangerous

As this situation can not only be inconvenient when trying to read prices on an items in a shop, or directions on a phone. It can also be very precarious and potentially dangerous, as I found out early on in June.

As when my glasses fogged up I tripped on the curb landing heavily on my right arm, resulting in a trip to A & E with a fracture to my elbow and a badly strained wrist and further suspected fracture.
