New Clinic
I am very excited to share the amazing news that I have now moved my Craniosacral Therapy practice to the beautiful Omnia Holistic Centre, where you will also be able to relax after your session before leaving.
It is quieter than the previous clinic and with much better access and facilities to aid in your comfort and relaxation.
It is also a casual 6 minute walk from the Angel Tube station on the Northern Line through Camden Passage with all the independent shops.
It is also served by many Bus Routes 38, 73, actually go along Essex Road.
If you are arriving by car or taxi, ask to be dropped off at Colebrooke Row where it is easy for them to drop you off right outside the door.
UBUNTU
This story is short, simple but profound and very heart warming.
In this time of unprecedented change and anxiety, it is so easy to become self-centred and only focus on oneself as the reptilian brain kicks into survival mode.
But if we can keep our focus outward and inclusive it can be so much more beneficial and rewarding, especially for our mental health and general well-being.
It's always good to be shown something positive, and this is something that we all need to be reminded of. Showing kindness and compassion for ourselves and others can make a huge difference.
Especially as we are all having to change our routines again with this second lockdown, and ways of working with others. It's good to be reminded of descent humanitarian values.
Myths About Stress
Myth 1.
Only major symptoms of stress require action. Wrong!!
Some minor symptoms of stress, such as constant worrying may result in serious health problems, such as high blood pressure, coronary heart disease.
Myth 2.
Everybody experiences the same level of stress. Wrong!!
Not everyone experiences stress in the same way. Paying bills may be extremely stressful for one person, while for others such a task is fun.
Myth 3.
Stress is always bad for you. Wrong!!
Some stress is necessary for survival. In an emergency short-lived stress kicks in, you react, your out of danger, and the stress level rebounds back to normal.
Myth 4.
It takes a lot of effort to learn how to control your level of stress. Wrong!!
You can learn stress management modalities that you can summon whenever you need, and once learned, you will never forget them. It’s like riding a bicycle –once you learn, you never forget.
Myth 5.
No Symptoms, no stress. Wrong, again!!
You may not even know that you are suffering from stress, and that in the long term could lead to a very serious physical or psychological illness. Or that there even may be a problem.Quotes taken from the Stress Management Prevention Centre, Cathedral City California

I am always happy to work alongside other therapists, and medical practitioners, and have previously worked for a number of years in an NHS hospital environment.
We are open!
After over 4 months of being in lockdown and unable to practice Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy. It gives me great pleasure to announce that the clinic is finally open for business and I have now started to see clients
For those of you that have not experienced this amazing therapy I have put a link in the message below to a short video for you to watch. It will explain a little bit more about the benefits of this therapy without all the anatomical Jargon.
So if you are suffering from stress, brain fog or just feeling generally down or overwhelmed, this could really help to get you back on track and firing on all cylinders.
As you can imagine there has been a lot of preparation to make sure that you feel safe and secure while onsite. So you will notice a few changes when you come for an appointment. With half an hour between clients so that everything can be wiped down in-between each session.
I am passionate about what I do and the care given to my clients, so being able to help relieve some of the symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression feels really amazing. As I see my clients re gaining control of their body’s and feeling more empowered and on top of things.
There is no WIFI in the Forest but I promise you will have a better connection
Now more than ever it is important to take time out to do our daily exercise and if possible get out into some green space, park or woodland.
Most of us sense that taking a walk in a forest is good for us. We take a break from the rush of our daily lives. We enjoy the beauty and peace of being in a natural setting.
Now, research is showing that visiting a forest has real, health benefits, both mental and physical. Even five minutes around trees or in green spaces may improve health.
The benefits of exposure to forests & trees:
· boosts the immune system
· lowers blood pressure
· reduces stress
· improves mood
· increases ability to focus, even in children with ADHD
· accelerates recovery from surgery or illness
· increases energy level
· improves sleep
So this is so important for our daily health routine, along with breathing exercise to support our immune system.
Boost our batteries and help clear our head of all the chatter and general brain fog that can happen through stress and not breathing properly.

Dealing with Stress during Covid
First time as a Judge at the Awards International UK Business Awards.
This was my first time as a Judge at the Awards International UK Business Awards.
What an incredible experience, so many innovative, presentations with some great ideas. It was so good to see such impressive work being created to support others.
This was all due to the amazing Luke Murfitt🥇UK Entrepreneur of the Year who won this award last year, and was a key note speaker at the event.
He persuaded me to take part and experience this event and all that comes with it. As they say success leaves clues, and this event has it in bundles.
Needless to say this was made possible by an incredible team who managed to adapt the whole concept online. And the dedication of my fellow judges. Neil Skehel Filip Lampic Ana Belic
